What is EW EETS solution and why should I use it?

EETS directive generally aims to simplify the process of paying tolls. It proposes a single OBU that is compatible with all European road charging systems, and Eurowag is at the forefront of the drive to make this happen. The Service is regulated by an EC Directive which addresses the interoperability of electronic tolling in the European Union and foresees that every road user will have access to electronic tolling across the continent using one contract and one on-board unit. Final aim is reduction of complexity and cut of costs for all of us – truckers.

Currently the EETS solution is already implemented in the following countries: Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal.
